The Global Aviculture Council (GAC) has intensified its efforts to being the aviculturists of the world at one platform and for the purpose registration, membership and related benefits will remain free across all its podiums. As the organization continues to expand its international aviculture network, founder and Chairman Taufiq Ghani said the council is growing daily with a shared vision of upliftment, empowerment and support for bird lovers, breeders, enthusiasts and aviculturists around the world.
Ghani said the council was created to unite the aviculture community and provide a common platform for guidance, quality shows, seminars, events and knowledge-sharing without any cost. He said the initiative is meant to help the next generation of breeders and bird keepers through access to practical support, education and community building.
The GAC describes itself as an international aviculture platform focused on improving cooperation in bird trade, genetics, breeding standards and professional networking. Its broader agenda includes biosecurity, health certification, CITES compliance, trade logistics, quarantine systems and breeder training, with an emphasis on legal and ethical bird keeping.
The council says it also aims to bridge the gap between commercial bird farming, exotic pet trade and hobby breeding. According to the organization, aviculture should be developed as both an ethical and economic activity, with stronger traceability, bird welfare and responsible trade practices.
Publicly, GAC is linked with Taufiq Ghani, who is also associated with Vorson Aviary, the Vorson Institute of Aviculture Training Rehabilitation Conservation & Research, and the All Pakistan Bird Breeders Association. The council’s messaging suggests that it is trying to build a wider bird-breeding community through events, awareness campaigns and advocacy for responsible aviculture.
In a recent message, Ghani thanked members and supporters for joining the cause and said the council was proud to see the community “grow and evolve daily.” He said the goal is to build a lasting legacy by guiding and supporting the next generation while keeping all membership-related services free of charge.
