4th Jinnah Gold Polo Cup kicks off with exciting match

The 4th Jinnah Gold Polo Cup, sponsored by Jinnah Polo Fields, commenced at Lushfield No.2 with great enthusiasm. The opening match featured an exciting clash between BN Polo and the Master Paints/Diamond Paints team, with BN Polo emerging victorious with a score of 9-5.
Secretary Club Major Ali Taimur (R), along with other polo players and their families, graced the occasion to mark the commencement of the prestigious tournament. In a thrilling contest, BN Polo showcased exceptional gameplay to secure a win against their opponents.
Hamza Mowazkhan from BN Polo was a standout performer, displaying skill and finesse on the field, and contributing five goals to the team’s victory. Other key contributors for BN Polo included Santi Lusa with two goals and Santos Thomas and Babar Naseem with one goal each.
On the opposing side, Master Paints/Diamond Paints, led by Amir Raza Behboodi, displayed commendable efforts, with Behboodi himself scoring two goals and Sufi Haroon adding one goal. Despite their handicap advantage of two goals, Master Paints/Diamond Paints couldn’t overcome the determined BN Polo team.
The tournament promises more thrilling polo action, with two significant matches scheduled for the following day. At two o’clock in the afternoon, FG Polo will face DS Polo, followed by a match at three o’clock between Master Paints/Diamond Paints and Olympia/AZB. The 4th Jinnah Gold Polo Cup continues to captivate polo enthusiasts, blending sportsmanship and excitement on the lush fields of Lushfield No.2.
